A: GHAT FAIR 2025 is Ghana’s leading national platform uniting transport and automobile industry stakeholders. Our goal is to address challenges, foster innovation, and promote public-private partnerships to drive the sector forward.
GHAT FAIR 2025 will take place from October 29th – 1st November, 2025, at University Of Ghana Stadium.
Professionals and enthusiasts from the transport and automobile sectors, including government officials, private innovators, investors, engineers, mechanics, auto dealers, aviation workers, students, and anyone interested in the future of mobility in Ghana.
You can register and purchase tickets directly through our website. Visit the “Register” section for different pass options.
We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile money payments through our secure online payment gateway. For now GHATFAIR 2025 is free!
Upon successful registration, you will receive a digital ticket/confirmation via email. You can show this on your mobile device for entry. Printing is optional but can be a good backup
Refreshments and lunch options are typically included or available for purchase depending on your ticket type and the event schedule. Specific details will be provided closer to the event. VIP pass holders may have access to dedicated lounges with complimentary refreshments.

We suggest bringing business cards for networking, a notebook and pen (or a digital device) for taking notes, and a valid photo ID. If you have a digital ticket, ensure your phone is charged.
