GHAT FAIR 2025 LAUNCH
The much anticipated Automobile and Transport Fair Ghana (GHAT Fair), an initiative that seeks to drive innovation, mobility, policy change and most importantly to redefine the face of automobile and transport in Ghana, officially launched on Friday, 25th July 2025.
Held at the Dynaspace, The Signature Apartment, Accra, the occasion brought together the University of Ghana, the National Road Safety Authority, MTTD, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Ashesi University, Japan Motors, as well as other key industry leaders, policy makers, and government officials.
The event, organised in collaboration with the School of Engineering Sciences at the University of Ghana, promises to be a dynamic platform for the showcasing of cutting-edge vehicles and technologies, a hub for high-level policy dialogues geared to initiate change, as well as an avenue for strategic partnership and investment.
The Team Lead for GHAT Fair 2025, Mr. Emmanuel Nartey, underscored the event’s core vision: “We are building an ecosystem where innovation leads the way”. He also posited that fair aims to have a comprehensive discussion on everything automobile, transportation and logistics, from road, water, to air.
In the same vein, the Dean of the School of Engineering Sciences at the University of Ghana, Professor Elsie Kaufman, emphasised the need for targeted research in finding lasting solutions to recurring challenges in the automobile and transport sector.
All roads lead to the University of Ghana Stadium from 29th October to 1st November 2025, for a groundbreaking event designed to drive progress and foster sustainable growth within Ghana’s transport ecosystem.
